Waah Chai offers a range of interconnected social experiences inside a pixel-art tapri environment. You walk around using keyboard (WASD) or touch controls, sit at stools, order or brew chai, chat with people near you via proximity text chat, hold V to voice chat with spatial audio, tune into curated radio stations playing ghazals and Bollywood music, play tabletop games like carrom (physics-based) and biscuit dunk (dip a Parle-G into chai), collect stamps in your Chai Passport for milestones like 'First Chai' or 'Night Chai', read a simulated newspaper, browse the community notice board, and spend Chai Coins in the Tapri Shop on avatar cosmetics.
